Cancellation Policy
1. General Booking Policy All bookings are subject to availability. Clients are encouraged to book sessions in advance to secure their preferred date and time. 2. Individual Session Cancellations and Refunds Refundable Cancellations: Individual session bookings are refundable if canceled at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled session. Non-Refundable Cancellations: If an individual session is canceled less than 4 hours before the scheduled time, the session will be considered non-refundable. However, the Client may reschedule the session without incurring additional fees. 3. Rescheduling Policy Sessions canceled less than 4 hours before the scheduled time can be rescheduled to a future date. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 4. Expiration of Individual Sessions Individual session bookings do not expire and may be used at any time, subject to availability. 5. Multi-Session Policies Multi-session packages are governed by their specific terms and conditions, including refund and expiration policies. For more details, please refer to the Multi-Service Package Terms and Conditions document. 6. Amendments to the Policy This booking policy is subject to change at any time. Clients will be notified of significant updates that may affect their bookings. 7. Acceptance of Terms By booking a session, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
